• Authors retain the copyright of their articles while granting SJEL the right of first publication.

• All published works are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

• This license allows others to share (copy and redistribute) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon) the material in any medium or format for any purpose, including commercial use, as long as appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source.

2. Author Rights

Authors are entitled to:

• Retain the copyright of their published works.

• Reuse, distribute, and archive their articles in institutional or personal repositories.

• Include their articles in future works (e.g., books, teaching materials) with full acknowledgment of their original publication in SJEL.

• Share the final version (publisher’s PDF) without restrictions.

3. Publisher Rights

Nawa Lintang Press, as the official and legally registered publisher (Certificate Number: AHU-018534.AH.01.30), holds the non-exclusive publishing rights to distribute and promote the article in both print and digital formats. The publisher ensures:

• Proper archiving and indexing of all published works.

• Long-term accessibility of the digital content.

• Integrity of the academic record and transparency in publication ethics.

4. Warranties

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:

• The work is original, does not infringe any copyright, and has not been previously published.

• All authors have approved the final version of the manuscript and agree to its publication.

• The article complies with the ethical and submission policies of SJEL.
