Student Journal of Education and Learning (SJEL) welcomes the submission of high-quality, original research manuscripts that contribute meaningfully to the field of education and learning.
All manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the journal’s Author Guidelines and submitted through the official Online Journal System (OJS).
All manuscripts must be submitted electronically via the OJS platform available on the SJEL website.
Submissions sent via email or postal mail will not be accepted.
Authors must register and log in to their OJS account before uploading a manuscript.
Manuscripts must be written in English, using clear and academic language.
Submissions must be original and unpublished.
Manuscripts currently under review or consideration by other journals will be automatically rejected.
Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and data fabrication are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection.
Manuscripts must follow the format specified in the Author Guidelines.
File format: Microsoft Word (.docx) only.
Length: 5–15 pages, including tables and figures.
Referencing style: APA 7th Edition.
When submitting a manuscript, authors must ensure the following:
The submission has not been previously published.
The manuscript file is anonymized, with no identifying author information in the text or file metadata.
All listed authors have agreed to the submission and approved the authorship order.
The research complies with ethical standards, including informed consent and institutional approval, if applicable.
After submission:
The editorial team will conduct an initial screening for journal scope, format compliance, and plagiarism.
Manuscripts with significant language issues, poor structure, or a similarity index over 20% will be returned or rejected.
Only manuscripts that pass this stage will proceed to the double-blind peer review process.
All communication between authors and the editorial team will be conducted via the OJS messaging system or the registered email address.
Authors are encouraged to regularly check their OJS account for updates, revision requests, or editorial decisions.
SJEL is published four times a year, in:
March, June, September, and December.
By submitting to SJEL, authors agree to abide by the journal’s Publication Ethics and Plagiarism Policy as stated on the official website.
Any violations of ethical standards may result in rejection or retraction of the manuscript.
